The easy API with Python is very developer-friendly, along with good documentation page.

The user interface is very clear to understand and the commands are also easy to understand. It provides three contextual bandits algorithms that can be written in the argument of pyvw.vw() : --cb, --cb_explore, and --cb_explore_adf.

I think some of the things I like best about this are the interactive learning and online learning components.
