It was all inclusive and the customer service was excellent

The front and back end are easy to use especially for the volunteers. Making it more accessible for volunteers allows for quicker communication. Also, the navigation is easy to use making it even more accessible for the volunteers. Furthermore, the customer service is very good, have quick responses and reach out very quickly to solve issues.

I love cloud platforms, and the structure of this makes this very easy to gather data from one source to another, especially when out in the field.
