Responders can record their audio responses or type their responses, the audio recording and the transcription is automatically stored for me to review at a time of my convenience. Transcriptions are available in 12 different languages. This is handy for me as I interview people in three different languages. The transcribed results are quite accurate. Now I can just take the transcription, and paste it straight into my report without needing to rewrite much. Voiceform team is absolutely amazing. I wrote a huge list of questions and feature requests and was pleasantly surprised by their immediate response. They are open and responsive and even wrote back a week later to follow up with updates on my requests.
