Vitruvi runs a truly customizable project management software tool which allows us to track hundered of projects at various stages of completition. The platform runs like a hybrid project management tool, where different groups can progress tasks daily at the same time or wait for certain statuses to trigger the next group. With a mix of customizable fields and pre-selected drop down options, any number of tracking options is possible. Backlogged items can be tracked from 1 project stage to another, and tickets allows us to flag issues that can be left for later as well. Color coding is friendly but relevant to what is being tracked. Table views and form views allow for different work style preferences.

The employees, they feel like family, the ones you like. You never dreed a call or meeting with anyone from Vitruvi. The software is great, there is a slight learning curve, but if you can use Excel, you will pick this up quickly. They listen to feedback and then work to add suggested features. Nothing looks or feels bandaided, it is well thoughtout and implemented.
