We moved from another CSP to Vitally recently and it has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is incredibly flexible and customizable and is used beyond our CS team. We have separate hubs for our CEO and our Marketing team. Vitally has all the helpful features that help us track and manage our customer relationships effectively. One of the standout features for us is Vitally's very robust automation functionality, called Playbooks. It allows us to automate processes, account updates, customer emails etc., effectively saving myself and my team a ton of time. Another fave is Vitally's Documents and Project plans that can be shared directly with customers, making it super easy for our CSM's to collaborate with their customers on their implementation projects. Last but not least, Sharon and Ray in the Vitally support team are fantastic—they're very responsive, knowledgeable and have a great sense of humour. I've enjoyed exchanging "thank you" and "high five" gifs with them in our Support chats. :)
