Great software but takes some adjusting

|Vitally
Vitally's UI is very familiar, it reminds me a bit of Notion. If you have used it before it will feel easier to create Hubs, Pages, and Tasks. I like having all my accounts and account info in one place as it reduces the amount of switching between Vitally and Salesforce. Vitally is also super collaborative which allows our team to become fully engrained and use it as a daily tool rather than just for account information.

Vitaly has allowed our small team to scale our efforts with a HUGE impact.

Before Vitally, we were using spreadsheest, Asana, Confluence and Google Docs to track all of our client communications and engagement. Horrible! Updating the health score of a client manually via spreadsheet...horrible! Vitally has allowed us to steamline all of our important information about clients in one easy to access place. I appreciate that I can collaborate with my team easily as well.
