I found tons of tools inside the dashboard, so I contacted, Customer service is spot on. The support team was exceptional and stuck with me while I asked a few questions regarding the tool. There are also videos and access to all the tools (if you'd like to try them). I have to say that I am very much impressed with what is available. For example, using Topic research & Keyword analyzer tool can find high search volume keyword with low competition keyword in a few minutes. One of my favorite things about vidtechy is its simplicity; I don't have to go through and learn how to use a complicated program when all I want it for is research purposes -- you open the app, and you're done! The process is also rapid! Love it!
