As with many smaller operations, the best thing about Vidgrid is their responsiveness to requests. Actually, the whole process from describing our use-case scenario, through a trial/demo from them, through making our purchasing decision was really easy and smooth. And then, as we used the product more and more, and thought of additional helpful features we wanted, they were quick to respond and (usually) add those features for us. VidGrid gave our team and operations a platform to easily record video to capture process and "how to" content, but more importantly it has helped our organization work with remote employees and improve engagement across the enterprise.
