This extra layer of scrutiny is very difficult to achieve when recruiting on a mass scale, it takes many hours to complete. The applicant driven reference check system cuts down on those hours immensely. Another great feature is the automation in notification emails, which provides fewer manual touchpoints, saving our recruiting team countless hours in communicating with candidates.
