Perfect
Not only is Vestd a great equity management platform, with a really intuitive UI with integrations with companies house and really clear advice on how to notify HMRC (which currently cannot be automated because of HMRC), their customer success team are super knowledgeable about all aspects of equity management and have an incredibly quick response time - a huge thank you to Mark Harrison and Becky Pollard.

Amazing Vestd support
The Vestd platform is amazing for businesses such as ours who need a relatively simple mechanism to record their equity activity, EMI schemes, and shareholder information and so much more.
For me however the real stars of this company are their support staff, they are just amazing, we could all learn from their approach, no issue or question is ever too much trouble they will guide and assist every step of the way and even check and send reminders to ensure you meet your deadlines, such a wonderful team.
