I like Verveware because it's simple, easy to use, and fast. It has everything my homecare company needs. I appreciate the ability to quickly see which schedule is compliant versus not, and I can check the compliance rate directly in Verveware. I also find it useful to see caregivers' training status directly, enroll or unenroll them, and we can even get a certificate when done. The Care Match feature is great for filling open schedules quickly. The initial setup was super easy, and compared to the previous software I used, which was slow and hard to use, Verveware is a much better experience. Can also text caregivers directly making communication easy.
