I think Vero is incredibly easy once you get started. It is extremely intuitive, and logically structured. It differs in this way very positvt relative to other large, complex and cumbersome systems.

At OpenAgent we run all our transactional emails though Vero and have been very impressed with i's performance and functionality. The tool provides both great APIs as well as interface to create segments, campaigns, email templates as well as push in parameters. The customer service is also top notch and local - for us in Australia anyway. Highly recommended
