I love it because I can record the video calls we constantly make in the organization, and the image and sound quality is not altered, since Verba has a great capacity to perform quality work. I love being able to have a technical support service that when we need it will be there to solve our problems.

I can make quality recordings and no maintenance is needed. Honestly the best thing is that it does not need maintenance what we can not save. It is also easy to configure.

Configuration is easy and straight forward. End users and supervisors can easily listen to recordings and manage them.
