As a CSM it is always important to know how your custumers are and, where in there lifecylce they find themslefs and who us taking care of them. Velaris is a tool that helps me do all of that and keep good tabs and relastions with my custumers.
Velaris has allowed us to stay one step ahead of our customers: we always know the health and pulse of each of our clients, we now have much more standardized and efficient onboarding processes and our communications have never been more consistent. Velaris has allowed us to automate redundant tasks (which, in turn, has saved us a lot of time and made our team more efficient), and, overall, it has provided us with a bird’s eye view of our accounts.
If your CS team is growing/ your CSMs are stressed, trying to make sense of their client’s health, I’d highly suggest trying out the platform.
