Very powerful and flexible platform that is helping us get in control and to work proactively with our customers by the help of automations, playbooks and success plans. There are some features (and more coming) which is supporting project management and collaboration with the customer, which was an important factor when deciding on CS platform. The flexibility of the platform has really been proven during the onboarding phase where they've made it work well for our business model and product structure - which is not a typical SaaS company.
