My favorite feature has been the Scenarios tool. Our team uses it to automate processes. We have already put in place plenty of Scenarios and are constantly thinking of new ways to automate our tasks through Velaris. We have automated communication in every step of our client pipelines.
Moreover, I appreciate the NPS features and Dashboards, which provide very useful insights on the health and status of our customers.
