At first I was concerned about them only having support via email and chat but have found over the years that they are very fast responding. For several of my early years with Veerotech I needed almost no support. Now recently I'm doing some new things that need me to communicate with support more regularly. They have been great!

VeeroTech has some of the best tech support I have ever been associated with. They are most always quick to respond and very helpfull. I have been a customer of VeeroTech for a long time, over 8 years. They have given me no reason to leave them. For good solid hosting VeeroTech is a great company!
