We've been on Vasion for roughly a dozen years. It's never failed us in its functionality or features - in fact, I can honestly say that we're not even using 1/10th of its power. Above everything else though is the support - they work with you in figuring out your problem or goal and help you use their product to get it done and done properly.

PrinterLogic is easy to set up and flexible to meet all of the needs of our district. Once it is configured the dynamic groups make it a set-it-and-forget solution.

It has saved us a lot of time deploying printers to our user base. Most users can help themselves with deploying printers. Our Helpdesk is also able to assist users more easily than when we used the traditional Windows print server. The security benefits are also a plus. We got PrinterLogic to deal with the Print Nightmare vulnerability, and ultimately, our printer management got significantly easier. We have reduced printer related support issues by over 50%.
