Their Dashboard. I can see what my callers activity are, if they are logged in or logged out or if they are idle or not.

Increased our fundraising abilities

This kind of tele-fundraising platform has taken our student-led Phonathon to the next level. We used to be all paper-based in printing our donor cards and calling from office phones. VanillaSoft has enabled us to save in materials costs and streamline the calling process over the internet, which has also improved the number of call attempts in an hours and thus the amount of money we're able to raise per hour.
