VanillaSoft for Higher Ed Fundraising

|VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is extremely flexible, the interface is clean and easy for student callers to start using immediately, and the customer support has been excellent. The cost is less than half of what we were paying with the leading higher education vendor, and the experience overall has been better. VanillaSoft is consistently updated with improvements and new features.

The ability to customize fields, scripts and honestly anything in a moments notice! Our Call Center program is constantly evolving and we are trying new tactics. It's nice to use a software that can keep up with our pace.
