Great platform for an outbound telesales team

|VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is a very versatile platform unlike platforms like Aircall or Dialpad, it will actually allow you to build workflows that help the team and streamline their outreach process. Integrating it with other tools, like CRM, was also a breeze with incoming and outgoing webhooks.

VanillaSoft has provided a multiplatform software where we can reach out to our prospects in multiple ways. It is intuitive and easy to learn, and we have seen a lot of success from it. The support staff has also been really helpful in exploring new options within the software and answering my questions. It is very customizable and easy to use.
