It's so intuitive and user-friendly. I have been able to delegate many back-end tasks to my employees without worrying that it'll be too complicated or that they'll struggle with the software. As a manager, it frees up a lot of my time to have employees set themselves up for calling versus me having to do it for them.

Dynamic Software for Those in Need of Multiple Campaign Access

I love that it not only has an autodial feature, but also has the ability to toggle between campaigns/projects with 1 click. The result codes are easy to setup and so is additional features like recording. I also really like the reporting. You can make custom reports with variables that give you exactness in what you want to convey to your team. Reports are updated every few seconds so it is essentially real time.
