Best CRM Ever!!

|VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is so easy to use, self explanatory, organized and efficient! I love how an auto filled contact can be created when a call is answered, and how the details typed into the Information section are automatically saved. The notes section is the best! And the ability to customize disposition codes, calendar, documents and My CRM put everything right at my fingertips and help me to be much more productive. My favorite thing about VanillaSoft is how visually appealing it is, and I also love that you can copy and paste information from field to field. I should have just said I love everything about this product! It has made my work life not only easier but fun!
