Easy to navigate

I remember being hesitant at the idea of using a new system, but VanillaSoft is perfect! It's very organized so everything is easy to find and keep track of. Not to mention costumer service is AMAZING and are very quick to help you with any issues you have.

Improves efficiency and increases productivity

VanillaSoft keeps my team organized. I like that it's simple to prioritize leads, collect information, and control workflow for my callers. The caller interface is easy to learn and use. Training a new caller takes only a matter of minutes.
