Very simple and easy to use. It can be used as a stand-alone tool or works great with your CRM. You can be up and running in minutes and generating powerful emails that can be tracked and A/B tested to determine the emails that are most effective for your organization.

The Voice Drop Feature .. it saves your voice from going out on so many calls!! It is possibly the best customer management technology I have ever tried because it allows so many features which other CRM tools do not have.
