I've been working with Vanilla Soft for 6 months now and find it a user friendly tool.

My favorite feature is the multi-windows at the same time. They make it easy to move information around. I use GHL crm. I am not familiar with any of the competitors.

The progressive dialer helps me out a lot. It keeps me focused and makes it difficult to go astray from my duties. Thank you for allowing me the choice to turn on and off depending on what task needs my primary focus.
