Well formatted platform

Easy to use platform that even a beginner can easily learn how to work within it. The back end, admin section seems very easy as well. It compares very well with other platforms I've used.

A great platform for calling and keeping records

|VanillaSoft
I worked in the Annual Giving office of Connecticut College where we have to make 500+ calls to alumni and parents to raise fund. We used to manually call them and keep records about the call on Google Sheets, which turns out to be great but very time consuming. Ever since we switched to Vanilla Soft, it has helped us cut down so much time and effort in calling and documenting. Great platform!
