VanillaSoft is probably one of the best CRM'S out there.

The CRM works flawlessly. The functionality of the platform is easy to use and understand. Call, email or text straight from the platform. Many other platforms require you to download other applications to be able to call or text from there.

Solid CRM for clients very integrated

I like how when I set an appointment with a propsect it actually sets it up in my calendar for me as well. It's the little things

Very simple to use, user friendly

|VanillaSoft
its simple to use, the dispositions stay there and remember what you last typed so you dont have to retype it. I like being able to set when I wat the call back to happen either 3 6 or 9 hours
