Vanilla soft is a great system. Very user friendly even for the most inexperience worker and if you do have an issue customer support is amazing. Quick efficient. Love the set up good work ya'll

It is a perfect platform, can disposition with many options, can schedule callbacks and link it up to your calander, Automatically directs any callbacks you have to your screen when it is time, and is very easy to navigate as well.
