easy to create your own result codes and programs within VS, also easy to set your own callbacks & codes for your own business & marketing needs. Very user-friendly and simple for people not used to CRMs to operate.

The follow up features. Text/email templates are great, super easy to use within the system itself. Dispositions are easy to keep track of positive contacts and follow up in the future.
