Really helping us mature our product management disciples by placing users at the centre of backlog management. Best feature for us offcourse is the ability to integrate suggestions to Visual studio and engineering backlogs

Quick and Actionable NPS Insights!

I love the NPS tool and insights - you can easily see whatever you need with your account. We look at NPS monthly, as well as quarterly and annually. I'm able to pick and choose what I want to see. I export the comments, which is generally a very quick process with a nice and clean excel file. You can immediately see promoters, detractors or passives and select several ways to view the NPS information.
