Perfect for all your Customer Facing teams!

Uservoice has a zendesk widget that allows Support Specialist to quickly share feedback from companies and share it directly with the prod teams. When this feedback is shared, it can be added to a broader concept, allowing prod to view the ideas with the strongest commentary.

Great company tool

I like the idea of giving customers a voice to give an idea of a feature that is not available on a project. We can tell them to post an idea, vote on an existing Idea, or we can even vote on their behalf to ease their frustration.

Excellent Tool!

I really like being able to search quickly to see if the same idea has already been submitted by someone else, so that I know immediately if I need to add it as a new one or upvote what someone else submitted.
