UV is helping us collecting feedback

|UserVoice
Uservoice is excellent for collecting feedback from our users and sales partners who sell the software to customers. It helps us understand which features are most requested by all and lets us plan accordingly. A great tool that I recommend to other companies as well.

Straight forward and user friendly

I've used several different ticket platforms (which we primarily use UV for now) over the years, and I find many of them love to overcomplicate their features, and they become frustrating to work with. UV does exactly what we need it to in an efficient manner with a clean UI and overall good experience.

This allows our customers to tell us what their pain points are with the product. Customers can vote on an item. Our product managers are able to know that if we make an update to a feature or release a new one customers will be happy about it.
