UserStudy is a total game-changer for us in user research! It's like have a turbocharged engine for gathering insights. I love how we can dive deep into user behaviour with video, audio and screenshare. This tool has truely supercharged our user research process.

UserStudy is a user research tool which is very simple to use yet powerful. We wanted a tool to get onboarding feedback on our browser app on an ongoing basis. UserStudy was very easy to set up and gave us good findings in a matter of hours. I am trying out different testing types (they have a template repository too) and loving the ease with which I can collect real user feedback. Participant quality was very good too - all seemed genuine and unlike testers. Based on testing done, participant quality seemed much better than most agencies we have used in the past. Need to test for other geographies too.

I like how easy it is to reach a large audience and get useful data.
