What stands out most to me about UserEvidence is how it helped us move faster from customer feedback to something the business could actually use. Rather than customer proof being a slow, one-off process, we’ve been able to gather evidence more efficiently and turn it into practical, reusable assets. For me, the best example was pulling customer stats from the platform to help assets for sales. That gave us stronger proof to bring into real opportunities and made the output feel immediately useful. I also found the platform easy to understand once I had access. It didn’t take long to get comfortable, and I felt up and running within about a week.

I like how easy it is in the interface to build our surveys and the great support that we get from our customer success manager, who is a partner to us. Having a customer success manager who understands our business helps us get surveys out much faster than if we did it ourselves. The initial setup was super easy because all of the heavy lift was done by their team.

I like that UserEvidence is easy to use, and I appreciate its really clean and familiar interface. Having everything in one place makes it easier for me to understand more about how customers engage with our product. It allows me to filter and understand by role or company size, which is convenient. The familiarity of the software helps me do things more quickly.
