Last Mile planning for large appliances distribution

Great team supporting us in fulfilling our requirements and rolling the solution out accros countries. The solution is well described, so easy to integrate with our S/4 Hana system, incl. SAP TM and SAP EWM. Easy setup of Urbantz platform, can be done mainly by business users. Very lean projects with relatively low costs.

Intuitive, flexible and adaptable solution

It is very intuitive and easy to use. Both the dashboard and app. The dashboard give a good overview of your operations, for all parties that need to use it (eg. admins, CS and carriers) Also very flexible, with many different ways to configurate the best solution for your daily operations. All contact with the Urbantz team is easy to manage and the are all very serviceminded and adaptable to making changes.

Urbantz itself has changed our delivery service, and provided us with a higher rate of satisfaction. The tracking feature and time-slot feature is highly regarded amongst our users. Our point of contact Claudia, is very helpful with any questions/needs that we have within our usage of Urbantz and has always been approachable and repsonsive.
