The UX & UI is great. The academy and support team are superb.
The features are rich, especially the dialler, which is unique for a sales tool.
The integrations are good and sequences are easy to set up and implement.
I like that everything is integrated so well. Usually, they have parts of the sales process in a program, yet sometimes the parts don't actually "talk" to each other. Uptics' parts work well together. It was as if the program was built by someone who has been successful at sales (oh, their CEO is a successful salesperson). This program can keep a salesperson on track, whether that salesperson is an experienced pro or an entrepreneur who is scared of sales. So, I focus on the sales aspect of the software (I like sales), but it integrates emails, phone calls, notes, progress of the prospect and tasks - and it does so extremely well.
I bought this software to use in a start-up that I'm involved in. I didn't want to use my other sales software with this start-up because I didn't want to have this start-up messing up my other sales software. So, I bought the bare minimum and waited to implement it. Well, when I did implement Uptics I was blown away. This software is easy to use and way ahead of the other software that I was using. I honestly think that an entrepreneur with no sales skills could implement this software and have major success. In fact, this software could take someone who has a lot of trepidation with sales and help them enjoy selling. Now I want to replace my the sales software in my other companies with Uptics.
