The UI and UX was good. I was able to understand how to use the tool without needing to take up a demo. The clear onboarding does help too. I also like that feature updates were regular.

I like that Uptics has an easy tracking of contacts. I didn't need anything elaborate so there is not lots of extras to get your distracted. Two-way sync with your emails is very helpful, plus easy to import CSV files.
Pleasantly surprised by Uptics, over the last few months I've tried a bunch of sales software like Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc. - but none of them were really sales enablement platforms. Outreach and Salesloft are the major players in sales enablement but are pretty expensive especially for a new business. Uptics however, is a really great balance between value and performance, with sequences, email tracking, and more it's an easy-to-use and meaningful software for those who want to invest in their sales outreach. You've got to respect Patrick's hustle and Dan from Support has been really helpful. There may be a few snags along the way but it appears the team is working on it and I think it's a very real alternative to Outreach and SalesLoft.
