I love that it has everything you need in one place. CRM, engagement, email, phone, etc. I was looking for something with an email focus rather than phones. Most similar platforms focus more on phones, but didn't want to ruin my domain. The WarmUp tool is great!

First, their customer service. Second, I love what they have created. It is several systems in one and while it is not an ATS, it is an outstanding CRM that could be used as one in theory!
