The ease of updating menus without having to take the system offline is great! Mobile access allows me to step away from the restaurant but remain connected.

We like that the system is very easy to use. Very intuitive, and requires minimal training. Reports are great, although sometimes limited. We like the offline mode. This has improved a lot since the first time we used it. We like the Breadcrumb Live app, gives us info we need to run the restaurant easier. System reliability has been getting a lot better.

The system is user friendly and easy to program.
