It´s easy to use, and the help from customer support is excellent. It has a connection with Fortnox, which is great. Easy to find the customers in the database. We tried a few other CRM systems before choosing Upsales, and this system was much better than the others we tried. One of the best things is that scheduled phone calls appear in the app. I can call from the app and then go directly to the next call.
