Updox is very reliable. I have had absolutely no problem getting a fax to send immediately.

The most helpful thing about Updox is that you can view everything in one spot. All of your faxes, emails, texts, etc. You can respond via Updox and send items to patient's charts all in one location..It saves time when you don't have to check multiple inboxes/faxes/sites. I also like being able to communicate directly with other coworkers using the comment feature. It saves time not having to use another site or messaging system for that, and it is linked directly to that certain task, whether it is a fax, email, or text. Another helpful feature is the color coded tagging system. It allows you to assign a task to someone, and you can see when that task has been completed. It is helpful when the system notifies you of things such as failed faxes or messages that did not go through. Another benefit is being able to send items and documents directly to a patient chart securely.
