That they offer multiple services. Being able to get our fax service, call reminders for patients and telehealth services in one program is wonderful. Its nice having one company to reach out to with any problems and only having one bill.

Being able to drop reports etc directly into a chart without scanning. Being able to fax directly from the system. Having my own fax number for other offices to send things to me directly.

Updox is very easy to use to send text messages to my patients. It even allows for attachments and links so I can send them additional information. It seems to be a very secure site and I can access from both work and home.
