My favorite thing about the product is that it doesn't have to be a participant on the call.
I also love the landing page that they create of each call, with the recording, AI-curated notes, and transcript. This means that you can delete the recording from zoom (which has limited storage), and still have a copy of the call. You can also share it with others.
Oh, and the team is great! Always open to product suggestions, they offer great support, and they are constantly educating their network with webinars, helpful linkedin posts, etc.
They literally save me hours of follow-up time after back-to-back meetings. They break it down for me in very clear sections so I can focus on what's happening in the call & don't lose myself in writing details and maybe miss important pieces of the meeting. It is really an amazing tool + the support is outstanding! Also, it's a product that listens to their users and does something with the feedback
The ease of use and the quality of the notes that you receive afterwards. They are well structured and are made for customer success!
Also meeting recaps that are shared before a next meeting (like a couple of days after as a follow up) are pro-actively shared via mail!
