It is unsafe and never protect my work, through its security measures. It is sometimes a bit inconvenient having an extra layer of security. The complexity of the messaging system is another aspect of inconveniency. There is room for improvement in the desktop applications user experience.

The security measures that Unipile provides are useless. It occasionally causes inconveniences I see it as an aspect because it fosters trust. The user experience of the desktop application needs to be improved. I have encountered many issues with it and I find it highly inconvenient not to have all my messaging needs, in one place.

Unipile has the ability to connect and chat directly, users can communicate within the software, eliminating the need to switch between various apps with easy API implementation. Friendly assistance is also provided to enhance productivity and encourage frequency usage.
