Umami is a nice improvement over the heavy-handedness of Google Analytics. This privacy consideration is also a big plus for me, I get to monitor website usage and don’t feel that I am invading the visitors rights.

I like its simplicity to setup. Customer support is okay. Integration and implementation are also easy.

It's simple, fast, straightforward on the metrics, and easy to use. It was effortless to set up under WordPress. I use it every day, and it's shared across the team. I never tried Customer Support, but I also never needed it. I didn't miss any feature because I sought a simpler yet complete alternative to Google Analytics.
