I can clearly see the need for UJJI in so many of the small business clients I work with. It's a solution that helps young startups create a holistic training & upskilling experience, allowing anyone to grow both personally and professionally. It's a huge value add for employees to feel taken care of and for employers to offer valuable learning experiences. Would definitely recommend this to any small business and startup especially if they have young trainees, interns etc.
