We have adopted UI Bakery for the management of all our immigrations cases in our company, and I can confidently say we are happy with it. The app lets us create anything we want in a manner very highly adaptable. We have made different types of reports and the best thing is you wouldn't face any problem while creating reports. I found UI Bakery very intuitive when I started with it! Everything works not have to long to understand, besides, customer service is highly efficient. Whenever I have an issue, they do everything possible to assist me, which is really important. The features and components are very helpful and easy to use and implement. We needed a platform to help a customer recognize their vision for a quoting and order entry system. The goal to have a system that worked internally and then have a basic function portal for their customers to get pricing, place orders and track orders without having to go through traditional channels. The client had mutliple softwares and wanted to use some of our technology. UI Bakery made it easy for us to use a rapid development environment for a common look and UX for the users but integrate software that we had already written running in the background. UI Bakery team is fast in coming out with new features, their customer/tech support is very responsive. We are a small business and our client a small business and a team of 3 (2 developers, 1 tester user) came up up with a full working system in 3 months for the internal and expect to have customer portal working soon. It was real easy to roll out new features and run in parralell with the legacy system to verify we were getting correct results.
