I like that it has absorbed our specific competency framework and measures people against it in a simple way. Provides great basis for all my 1-to-1s, keeps track of the progress, shows me where my time with my team is spent most valuably. Uhubs is also really quick to implement any changes I needed to be done to my teams structure. It seems like this will be one of the missing pieces in helping us become a data-driven & people's growth centric organisation.
