I run a foodie group and create unique dining experiences for our customers. Facebook is where we post our events, but most of our customers were not getting notifications about it from them and they were missing opportunities to purchase tickets before they sold out. We are able to spread the word about our events to our vacation rental guests. We have been able to send them info on things to do in our area, maps, food suggestions, and promo codes with our area partners which helps us create a better guest experience.
We love that guests can reply to the message if they have any questions or need additional helps which allows our team to take care of their requests promptly.
We switched from a higher priced text message provider and have saved just over 30% each month.
